• Congress fees include all sessions attendance and access to the online abstracts

• Attendance to the gala event on Thursday Nov 23rd at "Les Halles d'Arcachon" (dinner and animations) is not included in the congress fees:

• Young researchers: 25 Euros
• Academics: 40 Euros
• GSO Start-ups: 100 Euros *
• Industrials: 150 Euros

 * Start-ups from the GSO: start-ups from Occitanie and Nouvelle Aquitaine regions, created after 2018 and with no more than 5 employees. If not, industrials fees are applied.

Your registration is done when congress fees are paid. An email will be sent to you personally.
• If you wish to pay your registration by check, please send your payment to the order of Cancéropôle GSO at the following address :

• If you wish to pay your registration by order form (bank transfer), you MUST include on the order form the name and registration number of all persons concerned by this payment. The order form must be in the name of the Cancéropôle GSO and sent by email.

• If, however, you have not completed and/or paid your registration, you will be able to do so on site from November 22^nd. PLEASE NOTE : only payments by check will be accepted (an invoice will be sent to you by email the following week).

• Si vous souhaitez régler votre inscription par bon de commande (virement), merci de faire figurer IMPERATIVEMENT sur le bon de commande le nom et numéro d'inscription des personnes concernées par ce règlement. Merci d'établir votre bon de commande au nom du Cancéropôle GSO et de l'adresser par mail.

• Si toutefois vous n'avez pas effectué et/ou réglé votre inscription, il vous sera possible de le faire sur place dès le 22 novembre. ATTENTION : seuls les règlements par chèques seront acceptés (une facture justificative vous sera adressée par mail la semaine suivante).
