Rendez-vous incontournable pour les chercheurs et cliniciens du Grand Sud-Ouest, les Journées Scientifiques sont un lieu d'échange qui permet de faire le point sur les programmes et les axes stratégiques du Cancéropôle. Ces rencontres favorisent le rapprochement entre les communautés scientifiques afin de nouer des collaborations solides et de susciter le montage de nouveaux projets.

Les 19^èmes Journées du Cancéropôle GSO se dérouleront du 22 au 24 novembre au Centre des congrès d'Arcachon.

• Des sessions plénières et des réunions parallèles avec des conférenciers internationaux de renom et des intervenants issus principalement de notre interrégion;
• Des communications orales et posters permettront aux chercheurs et cliniciens du Grand Sud-Ouest de présenter les résultats de leur travaux, des plateformes technologiques et des partenariats industriels;

Sessions ouvertes à l'appel à communications orales :
- 22 novembre : Spatial biology / Genome editing & Crisp'R Screen / Therapeutic Innovation and Biomarkers (flash posters) / Health technologies: "my techno in 180 seconds" (flash posters all technologies)
- 23 novembre : Chemistry & Cancer / Cell signaling, microenvironnement and targeting / Genome Dynamics & Expression / Environmental stress / Nouveaux dispositifs numériques
- 24 novembre : Immunotherapy / Alternative models to animal testing / Patients fragiles ou patients vulnérables

• Un concours posters « jeunes chercheurs » est réservé aux chercheurs non-statutaires (doctorants, post-doctorants et internes) et décerne 5 prix de 800 € aux meilleures présentations.

Comme chaque année, la Fondation Jean Paufique (Laboratoire Silab) attribuera un prix poster jeunes chercheurs sur le thème de la recherche fondamentale et appliquée au diagnostic, au pronostic et au traitement des pathologies dermatologiques et plus particulièrement des cancers de la peau.

Le Concours poster "jeunes chercheurs" est réalisé avec le soutien de :

A key event for researchers and clinicians in the Greater South-West (GSO), the Annual Meeting is the place to meet and discuss about programs and strategic axis of the Canceropole. This meeting fosters the network between scientific communities and helps build strong collaborations and new projects.

The 19th Annual Meeting of the Canceropole GSO will take place from November 22nd to 24th at the Congress Center of Arcachon.

• Plenary and parallel sessions with international keynotes speakers and researchers & clinicians from the GSO;
• Oral communications and posters will allow researchers & clinicians from the GSO to present their last results, technological platform offers and industrial partnerships;
• A "Young Scientist" poster competition - only for PhD students, post-docs and residents.

Sessions open to oral communications :

The "Young Scientist" poster competition is only for PhD students, post-docs and residents and awards 5 prizes of €800 to the best presentations.

As every year, the Jean Paufique Foundation (Laboratoire Silab) will award a poster prize for young researchers on the theme of fundamental and applied research in the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of dermatological pathologies and more particularly skin cancers.
