The capacity to bring top-tier researchers from abroad to work in French research facilities is a key component of scientific positioning at the international level. The main purpose of this call is to attract a high-level researcher to set up its own research team in France and implement an ambitious translational research project in 2019.
Projects must be in line with the Foundation's scientific strategy to accelerate discoveries, develop new treatments, preventive and therapeutic approaches in the field of oncology with a translational part.
This program is a collaborative effort between Fondation ARC and the host institution; its additional financial support should reflect its commitment to ensure a successful integration of the new group into its core research program.
Fondation ARC will allocate up to 1.5 million euros over five years to support the installation of a researcher and his/her team in 2019.
